About E-Summit

The Entrepreneurship Summit (E-Summit) is the annual flagship event of The Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Bombay which is a student organization with its aim and mission to foster and sustain the entrepreneurial spirit among students and youth.

E-Summit is an initiative to serve as a platform for bringing together budding entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, investors, start-ups and everyone else with a spirit of entrepreneurship. It creates a networking hub for people from varied domains by involving corporations, working professionals and students from all across the nation. Thus, it gives a chance for people to interact and helps build successful ventures.

The theme of E-Summit 2012 is ‘Changing Mindsets, Creating Leaders’.

In line with our motive of spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship, this year, apart from the conventional events related to core entrepreneurship, there shall also be events related to fundamental entrepreneurship, and at times, just promoting the concept and the spirit of entrepreneurship.

E-Summit brings in some of the most enriching and enlightening panel discussions, workshops and interactive sessions with successful and distinguished entrepreneurs and corporates. For start-ups and tyro entrepreneurs there are parallel events like mentoring sessions and start-up showcasing. The summit also hosts the finals for ‘Eureka!’ - Asia's largest Business Plan competition. Further, the Summit also includes events like Idea Storm, Ignite, Business Stimulation Game, etc. meant for the raw and fresh minds in this field.
