Mr. Hemant Nerurkar

In 1987, Hemant Nerurkar started his career with Capgemini in the US as Technical Manager. He worked with other major US corporations like AT&T Bell Labs, AT&T Capital Corporation and AC Neilsen before he returned to India in 1996.
Even after returning, he had no plans to start his own company. He worked as an IT consultant for one year with the Kotak Group, which was then rolling out its banking business. For the next five years, he helped a US-based consulting company to establish and grow its India presence. That’s probably what gave him the idea and confidence to start my own venture.
In 2002, he started MindCraft Software, mainly focused on providing application integration and maintenance services to customers using JD Edwards and Sybase. Business intelligence is an area that Nerurkar is extremely bullish about and recently MindCraft has created a new division for providing BI solutions and services.
Behind Nerurkar’s mild demeanor lays an adventurous person who loves horse riding. When it comes to music, old is gold for him. He likes listening to old Hindi music and equally enjoys old English numbers.
After completing his BE in electronics and communications from SDM College of Engineering & Technology, Dharwad Karnataka University in 1985, Nerurkar headed to the New Jersey Institute of Technology for a masters degree in electrical engineering.

Mr. Karan Kripalani

Karan heads product management team for services such as Cloud Computing, Managed Hosting and Application Services like Mail; and Collaboration. Karan started his trail-blazing career at ICICI. He joined Netmagic in 2001 and has been with the organization ever since. Karan has assumed various roles within the organization over the decade and has a fine insight into the Datacenter and Managed Hosting Services Industry globally.
Karan represents a new generation of Product Marketing Managers that can cover core product development & management activities as well as product marketing activities. His vast experience and remarkable business insight, helps Karan in his present role as visionary and thought leader where he ensures product conceptualization, development, go-to-market and management of the key services portfolio within Netmagic. In his previous role as Director-Business Development, Karan was responsible for developing the Netmagic brand and business overseas and creating new market opportunities. A young achiever, Karan is an avid reader, a sports enthusiast with a passion for automobiles and enjoys traveling on leisure.

He is currently Executive Director of Shell Transource Ltd. Shell Transource is one of India's largest non voice BPO / KPOs serving leading Indian corporates for more than 18 years now. Headquartered in Mumbai, with 17 offices countrywide and a presence in more than 250 cities, Shell Transource has a strong presence in 7 Industry verticals. He is also CEO, Founder, Owner of Vital Link Outsourcing. SteepLap Technologies Pvt Ltd, CalibeHR. He is seasoned Entrepreneur with International exposure of having set up businesses from Scratch. Acknowledge pioneer in the BPO industry in India and a Chartered Accountant with a strong flair for technology. He did his B.Com in Business Management (1972-1977) , University of Mumbai.

Mr. Sadeesh Raghavan, IAN member

Sadeesh Raghavan has worked and lived all over the world. He did his undergraduate at IIT Madras, then his MBA at UCLA USA, and has worked in the US, China, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, and for the last 4 years has been based both in India and Malaysia/Singapore. He was Managing Director at Accenture where in his last role he ran their Products(Manufacturing & Distribution) practice across Asia Pacific and then most recently all their India businesses. He has spent his career advising MNCs and the top Asian players on their market entry and growth programs and strategies revolving around the rapidly growing Asia Pacific market. He is very active in venture philanthrophy and angel investing and sits on numerous boards including the Global Advisory Board and Investment Committee of Acumen Fund, a US based not for profit venture philanthrophy fund.

Mr. Rehan Yar Khan, IAN member, CEO Flora 2000

Rehan has 16 years experience in building and managing companies. He started his career as a chartered accountant in the UK, but quickly moved into management and then to entrepreneurship. He went on to found Flora2000.com , where he built the business from scratch. Rehan's strengths are the knowledge of the consumer internet domain; building management systems and boot strapping companies. Rehan is an active member of IAMAI, a St. Xaviers (Bombay) alumnus and University of London alumnus. He is also currently an investor and director in an Internet startup.

He is adviser and active mentor to start-ups in diverse domains. He is also renowned speaker.
