Mr. Indranil Deb

Indranil Deb is an investment banker with over 15 years of experience in the Indian financial services industry with extensive exposure in the areas of Equities Research, Financial Restructuring, Private Equity, M&A and Wealth Management. He is the Principal, Mobius Strip Capital Advisors, a specialist Corporate Finance, PE & M&A Advisory. His last stint was with Sagacious Financial Services Ltd. Mumbai as Senior Vice President (M&A, Private Equity Advisory and WMS) where he was engaged in business and financial structuring and restructuring of several companies-positioning them for attracting private equity investment-balancing considerations of risk-return of PE investors, macro and industry factors, business fundamentals, shareholding and management control issues and playing an active role in investment negotiations. He was effective in re-positioning Sagacious Financial Services as a serious player in the business.
Indranil completed his Bachelor of Commerce from SYDENHAM COLLEGE OF COMMERCE & ECONOMICS, (Bombay University), Mumbai in 1990 & his PGDM(Finance), from T. A. PAI MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE, Manipal, Karnataka 1993.

Mr.Taranjit

Taranjit has over ten years of experience across corporate & investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining Bank of America, Taranjit has worked with ICICI Venture and ICICI Bank's Private Equity Fund of Funds business. Prior to that, he was a part of Citibank's Corporate and Investment Banking division where he helped originate and structure several deals across capital markets and derivatives in various industries. In addition, he is also a member of Mumbai Angels and has invested and worked closely with entrepreneurs. He did his CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India 1997-00
Taranjit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a rank holder.
