Muki Regunathan

Muki Regunathan the founder & CEO of pepper square having 18 years of experience in business strategy. In his 18 year career he has seen many failures. Before starting pepper square he failed for seven times. Now pepper square has incubated more than 70 startups. Muki also worked as web strategist at Rapidigm. He also worked as creative head at savantech, 1997-99. Muki’s areas of interests are Digital strategy, Digital brand positioning and activation, Digital marketing, Creative direction and User experience. He is also a public speaker & entrepreneurial mentor.
Muki completed his mechanical engineering from PES college , Banglore 1990-93.

Sanjay Kamlani

Sanjay Kamlani, Co-CEO, Pangea3 Sanjay is a co-founder and Co-CEO of Pangea3, the leader in India legal outsourcing. In this capacity, Sanjay oversees Pangea3's India legal outsourcing business operations and manages all delivery, quality control and administrative services for Pangea3 on a global basis.
Prior to forming Pangea3, Sanjay was the CFO & General Counsel of OfficeTiger B.V., a multinational professional support services outsourcing company. In 2003, Sanjay lived in Chennai, India managing OfficeTiger's India facility. Prior to becoming a member of the founding management team at OfficeTiger in 2000, Sanjay was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York where he developed and managed the US firm's India International Business Network advising U.S. and India- based multinationals on structuring and implementing cross-border business investments, acquisitions and operations in India and the U.S. His major clients included AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Hughes Electronics, Lucent, Cognizant, NASDAQ-Software Solutions International, Softbank and Syntel. Sanjay's experience at OfficeTiger coupled with his experience at PwC working with that firm's 2,000 plus professionals to deliver cross border business solutions and advisory services to U.S. clients amounts to more than 15 years of experience in professional services outsourcing from India, this is one of the factors that makes Pangea3 a leader in India legal outsourcing.
Sanjay holds a B.A. (Cum Laude) from Duke University, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an LL.M. from the New York University Law School. Sanjay is admitted to the New York Bar.

Sanjay Mehta, IAN member, CEO Maia Intelligence

Mr. Sanjay Mehta has 13 years of working experience in software product space. Mr. Mehta’s vision to develop indigenous Indian business intelligence tool is today a reality with MAIA Intelligence 1KEY business intelligence product. Mr. Mehta believes that in coming months and years Indian Software Product companies will be a serious threat to foreign branded software.
Mr. Mehta is currently the CEO of MAIA Intelligence. He is leading a team of technocrats with a vision to change paradigm in BI space and make BI available to masses. Mr. Mehta has a wide knowledge on various verticals from Manufacturing, BFSI and Distribution. The IT reporting need of Indian business user mass is different. Indian CIO TCO need is different which is understood by Mr. Mehta very well. In his career Mr. Mehta has created software brands in like Udyog Excise which has more than 10000+ users in India.
Mr. Mehta key strength is leadership qualities and creating business and scaling up to size Mr. Mehta has worked on strategic alliances with software majors for an OEM business.
Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics from Mumbai University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Mr. Mehta has been one of the founder and Director of Udyog Software India Ltd. He is currently a director & is on the board on XBRL India.

Sourav Mazumdar (Moderator)

Sourav is the Editor-in-Chief for the Indian edition of the Entrepeneur magazine. He is a professional with a wide array of experience, ranging from 18 years in mainline financial journalism in senior editorial positions to a very senior corporate role in corporate communications, corporate branding and investor relations. He aims to contribute meaningfully to the overall vision and strategy of the organisation through his role. He has previously been the Group Head for Corporate Brand Communications & Investors Relations at RPG Enterprises and deputy Executive Editor at the Financial Express.
