The Questionnaire Format
Teams have to fill the questionnaire within 1800 words(inclusive of all the Sections of the Questionnaire), entries exceeding the word limit will be discarded.
Please note that questions below are just guidelines to each section, you can write your answers in essay form.

- Which of the following your product /service does ?
- Enhance the sustainable use of natural resources for the manufacture of a new product/service.
- Lowers the waste and increases performance of a particular product by use of alternate/clean methods to improve efficiency
- What is your product/service (the technicalities involved)?
- What is the uniqueness and innovativeness of your product/service
- What value is created by uniqueness of your product?
Sustainability 15
- How great of an impact will your company make on the environment through its product / service?
- How will you create a sustainably run business?
- What other opportunities are created by your product/service in cleantech industry?
Customer Analysis10
- Who will be the potential customers/consumers of your product?
- How will you reach your customers/consumers?
Market Analysis 15
- What is the market in which your company will operate?
- How big is your addressable market and what is the growth rate of the market?
- Who are your potential and current, direct and indirect competitors in market?
- What are the factors that give you competitive advantages and disadvantages?
- State entry and exit barriers of your market.
Business System Description 15
- How will the product/service be developed (possible plan to build the product or Implementing the service to check the feasibility option), manufactured, marketed and sold?
- How will you make money? What will be your Revenue Mechanism?
- State drivers of revenue and cost to which your model is sensitive.
Financials 10
- How much capital will be required?
- How will you fulfill your capital requirements?
Team Description 15
- How many members are in your team?
- What value and skill set a member brings to team ?
- What other team member you will need? State his skill sets.
