Eligibility
Pitch It! 2012 is meant for early stage startups who are looking for seed money or second round funding after having begun some sort of operations and to the teams who have developed their alpha/beta product (or service).
The criteria for selection:
- Start-ups which have been incorporated more than six months ago (i.e. incorporated on or before 17th May 2012) are only eligible to participate in the Pitch It! 2012.
- There is no restriction on any individual to participate. Anyone, from students to working professionals across the world, can participate.
- Individual participation is allowed in the competition, although participation in teams is encouraged. However, the number of maximum number of members allowed per team is 7.
- Start-ups should have developed their alpha/beta product (or service) and must have a prototype ready.
Note: Teams can be asked to provide proof of the above at any time during the competition cycle
