This pandemic has severely affected the physical and mental well-being of the entire world. As the nation is recovering from the pandemic, the Entrepreneurship cell of IIT Bombay contributes to the recovery through its social initiative, Kaaya: Revitalize Well-being which aims to spread awareness about adopting a healthy lifestyle by inculcating habits that provides benefit in the long run.

You have to choose any of Screen time regulations apps like YourHour, Digital Detox, Moment etc. Make a Fast Challenge (no use of app for ‘x’ hours) by deciding particular conditions

In the ongoing pandemic situation, screen time of all age groups has increased drastically, leading to major shifts towards social media platforms for socializing with relatives. Now, the main question arises, What exactly is Social Media Detox? It's the regulation of screen time on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc with balancing our off-screen life.
